I have spent the last 30 years owning and running hotels, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and even a theatre. During this time there have been several excursions into other business adventures. Some remarkably successful and, inevitably, some less so. However, with lessons learned throughout, my enthusiasm for business and entrepreneurialism has remained.<\/p>

Along the way I have met thousands of interesting and clever people running their own businesses who helped me make my own more effective and, therefore, more profitable.
